This is envisioned to be the Author’s online textbook of the subjects, and a way of the Author’s sharing his passion on the subjects developed along with his active practice, being in the academe, from his law studies, from researches, from news, and from other sources. The site is also a personal site of the Author and does not represent any office, instrumentality, or institution of the Republic of the Philippines, or any private office where the Author is connected or had been connected.

The articles are personal views, and understanding of the Author at such point in time the article was made, unless otherwise stated. They are well-crafted personally by the Author for his visitors, for the business and law students and of those of interest on the subjects. It is written in his simple and comprehensive language for easy understanding of the readers and for his easy reference in the future, when faced with the same topics or issues contained in the articles or posts.
